Not sure why people are posting negative reviews. I guess we just live in an entitled world where people like to complain about everything- even a cup of coffee. This Starbucks has been in my community for 16 years. All of the girls are friendly and engaging and work hard. They have often times been short staffed during Covid but still manage to smile (under their masks). Perhaps if we as customers treat them like they are people instead of public servants we might get better...read full review
Have always had good experiences at this Starbucks. Leilani however should not be in a position dealing with customers. Zero customer service and super unfriendly. Gives a bad name to both Vons and Starbucks.
