Says they open at 9am. Yet they are unable to make any subs for 15 minutes after they open? Corporate or management need to definitely look into who they hire here. Terrible location.

Worse experience I’ve ever had in Subway! First of all we came and they didn’t have forks, okay we went to the liquor store to ask them. Second we ordered protein bowl and they fought with us because we said it was 4 scoops and they said it was 2 only. We are always buying from subway this specifically order and everywhere is 4 scoops. In the end they recognized their mistake and didn’t even apologized. Also when the woman recognized that she was wrong she tried to pretend that’s what she said and I told her no so she told me “I’m not talking to you, thank you.” HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE everything!!! Don’t ever come here UNLESS YOU ARE DYING WITHOUT FOOD!!!!!!!!

When it comes to making a sandwich you should never work the register handling money and then walk over to make my sandwich in the same gloves no thank you maybe you need to hire some more help or teach the one worker how to properly multitask........

Terrible customer service, dirty, old food probably from the day before, stale bread, and they didn't prep any more veggies do they were "out" of a bunch of things. They also forgot to give us the apples in the kids meal.

Rude workers!! Restaurant floor was dirty and place smelled weird. Slow service and made my order wrong. Tomatoes looked old on my sandwich. Only had 1 kind of chips available. Long line. Won't be going back

Our group purchased four sandwiches on our way to play Airsoft at SC Village. The store was open at 9:05AM, when we arrived there. The young lady was working alone, but was friendly and helpful. She let a couple phone calls go unanswered, because she was helping us. I've often tried to call this store with questions about ordering a number of sandwiches, but had to call other sandwich shops, because of my call not being answered - they could have just answered and taken a message. I own a food business and that's what we do. Nothing special about store ambiance.
They charged me for 2 large combos and gave me medium drinks. I asked the cashier person who took my order and said thats what we have for larges at the moment. You dont charge people for a large when you have medium drinks and dont even wanna correct it. Never coming back.....

My Uber delivery man called me and he said that the worker there was high out of his mind and he didn't even get started on my order and he was insulting him and harassing him, and the place was very unorganized and very dirty so please be aware of this establishment.

This Subway was soooo clean! The food was good and I got in and out with our order really quickly.Vegetarian options: You can build your own meal so there are a ton of Veggie options.Dietary restrictions: Because you can build your own (and you watch them build it) you can make sure they are adhering to any dietary restrictions.
