OMG, this cake was AMAZING!!!! Laurice works magic! It was literally a week prior to my daughter's bday and I wanted to give her a Roblox cake because she LOVES Roblox, her only request was that it be a red velvet cake! Ordered a custom 8 inch cake to celebrate the 21st anniversary of my wife's 21st birthday. (That should sink in shortly) I was able to discuss the specifics of what I was looking for over a phone call, but the actual ordering process was done via email, which worked out well for me. I absolutely cannot express the exemplary customer service Laurice provides. I wish I could give more stars. I have never left a review, good or bad, for anything; but my experience with Sweet Moments absolutely demanded I do. I mixed up the date for my grandson's birthday and was trying to order a custom cake for 30 in less than a week.
