Steve has Retired, New owners at restaurant, food is great, try it, I was a Steve follower for 30 yrs, made lots of boats and sake boxes for Steve, he will be missed, a retirement well deserved, Congrats Steve, you made a lot of people happy with your sushi dishes, I have to find me a new sushi chef, I know it's not going to be easy.

Some folks have reported Taishow has closed. I was able to call and was told they were only renovating the kitchen and expect to open tomorrow (08/10/21) at 5 pm. Great place, great food, very happy to hear they are open still!

I got to say the man behind the sushi bar is the rudest person I have ever met. I just asked him about what rolls were baked and he just laughed at my face. Then when one of our rolls came to our table we asked who's roll is this the cook laughed again and said "you don't know what roll you ordered" and I told him I'm sorry you don't have pictures on your menus I don't know what my roll looks like. The rudest sushi cook ever I felt really disrespected

The food here is wonderful. The sushi rice is cooked perfectly and has the right amount of vinegar. The eel was cut perfectly on the roll and the sauce on top of it was just excellent. The Escolar Sushi was something I never have before because of the additional sauce the chef put on it which made it taste really great. The food tasted fresh and it was at the right temperature. I place the order for takeout and it took about 20 minutes which was pretty quick considering the quality of the food.

Had the garlic edamame, fried calamari, rainbow roll, Spanish roll and tempura cheesecake. Everything was fantastic, and it's a wonderful, family run restaurant. Highly recommend!

We brought all of her favorite food personally created by Chef Steve and carefully packaged by Grace. The take-out didn't take away the quality of the food. Thank you for making her day special. We can't wait to sit and chat with Steve at the sushi bar and experience the great service when they reopen the indoor dining again.
Sushi tasted great. Unfortunately they use a lot of artificial crab meat. As for they're incorrectly advertised hours of operation, they said they were unable to amend it. I was however able to fix it myself and I'm just a customer...

Steve and Grace are the BEST!!! We love coming here and we love everything about Taishow! The sushi is always amazing and the service can't be beat! Everything we've had has been so delicious and you can't go wrong! Steve is always so fun to talk to and coming here feels like hanging out with family!
