Ordered online and picked up large gyudon beef bowl and there was barely any meat! The brown rice had hard pieces of rice that was unedible! Took about five bites and all the meat is gone now I'm left with a bunch of brown rice.Whoever worked in the kitchen and packed the food...they are stingy and cheap!!! I will never come back to this location and hopefully the public sees this message and they don't support your location either! By the way I also got the large Thai tea boba and it tasted watered down! They have no clue about making boba drinks don't even bother!

This review is only for the food I received today. The large chicken bowl was terrible. I was given basically fried chicken. The skin was hard and dry. I couldn't eat it. I gave it to the dog and she ate some of it. The large beef bowl was okay. This and the good customer service at the front is why I'm giving service a 4 star ?. The food gets a 2 star ?. The food quality definitely needs to improve.

Can ya'll stop being stingy about the ginger!!!!!!! I get 3 combo bowls and only get 2 ginger packs like seriously!?!?! Then get mad when I ask for more!!! If ur too lazy to hand out more ginger then BRING BACK the SELF serve ginger station!!!
