“A nice little spot in Coronado. Employees were great. I ordered a Sicilian sausage and pepper pizza, pizza knots, an Italian chopped salad. Everything was very good. I think in the future I will ask for extra cheese and garbanzo beans in the salad, just because I like them so much. Refillable soft drinks are available, you just have to go to them to refill which was not a problem at all.“
“We went here for a girls night and to celebrate a birthday and we had a fantastic time. No complaints at all. The food and service was amazing and the covered patio was super cute. Will definitely return here and I highly recommend it for birthdays.“
“We are locals in Coronado and have dined at Il Fornaio regularly for lunch for many years. We enjoy the fine quality of the cuisine and the rotating specials which keeps us coming back for something different. The big bonus is that on most Monday’s to Wednesday’s we can bring our own bottle of wine without paying a corkage fee. The staff, Lucca, Demitro, Jorge, Leo and many others make us feel very welcome. It’s always a pleasure to return to Il Fornaio to enjoy the wonderful food, look at the great views and visit with our friends who work there. Grazie!“
“We visited this delightful gem last night. My husband and I asked our waiter, Nico, for his recommendations and we weren’t disappointed. We ordered the meatballs (absolutely delicious, they were soft and cooked to perfection), the Rosemary pizza (also delicious) only minor complaint, I would have preferred a slightly crispier crust), two small side salads (fresh and nicely dressed), and Tiramisu. Fun fact, I’m not a tiramisu fan at all… and was planning to order something else. But, Nico gently persuaded us to order the Tiramisu … and it was really good… creamy, moist, and not too sweet. We’ll definitely return for another visit.“

I pulled car over to do a search, and it was right next to us.Excellent freshly made pizza to enjoy relaxing on their sidewalk table side dining. Good selection of fine spirits and more.They even keep the pets in mind with the complementary water bowl.Our kind of place.“
“We had a great experience at Garage Buona! Atmosphere is rustic but very clean and inviting. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Food was great! We shared a salad and lasagna bolognes. Plenty of food for two lightweight adults.Parking: You might have to walk a bit if you park on the street but the restaurant is in a lovely urban area with great shops along the way.“
