A local eatery in which anyone who's a regular can tell you is top notch this deli boasts freshness & quality by using high-grade meats and cheeses such as Boar's Head paired with exquisite baguettes from C'est Si Bon and to-die rye that creates a kind of alchemy that may have only existed in your sandwich dreams. If you are hungry for a delicious sandwich stop by 17th Street Deli...they do sandwiches BIG & HEARTY!!! There are a variety of sandwiches to pick from or let them build your own. I had half of a pastrami sandwich on rye w/coleslaw on it, grilled, cheese & a special sauce, bag of chips, bottle of water. ALL the Ingredients are freshly made. OMG Salami Monster sandwich was one of the Best sandwiches to ever cross my lips. It was enormous is size! I was really hungry and are it all. Highly recommended! A few days later I tried their Pastrami with Swiss on Rye and was unimpressed. Looking forward to returning again!
