franks is as close to an authentic Philly cheese steak as I have had it n California. I am from Philly originally and eating at Franks brought me back. We had the cheese steaks with grilled onions, banana peppers and mushrooms. Outstanding. The fries were large but a little disappointing with a slightly fishy taste despite being perfectly cooked. The texture was a little funny too. N zt time I will try the hoagies and skip the fries. all in all, highly recommend
