The pho Tai was surprisingly very good. Good portion of thin sliced beef and a good broth. Tucked away in a strip mall of Harbor blvd. Basic decor but clean and reasonable price not cheapest like some on other side of 405 but its good pho and that's all that matters.
Been here a few times and they are always consistent with their service and food quality. Big bowl of pho average around $14-$15. Theur fried rice is one of the best ive had as well. Waiter was very attentive and checking in on whatever we needed.
