UGH! Why doesn't the manager check the status of items that customers use. The microwave was NOT clean. It actually had a coffee lid and sleeve in it. I threw them away so I could use it. But the microwave floor was not clean. Fortunately, I had a plate to use to warm my pastry. I normally would bring this to the attention of the manager, however, on this day the line was long and I had people waiting for me.

All the staff here are so nice! The resturant layout is great and the atmosphere is relaxing. This is one of my favorite Panera locations to go to because I always feel welcomed. The employees should get a raise for their hospitality.
