“My experience here was great, powered by GREAT service. Candice A answered a bunch of first timer questions and was just pleasant in a world of unhappy humans.Grabbed a Left Coast Pastrami with secret sauce and it was what I would expect. Good bread, descent ratio of pastrami, warmed up and delicious.Sat at the bar and enjoyed great conversations and service from Ricky. 12 beers/seltzer on tap. 10 other canned beer/wine. 3 TVs across the restaurant. They try to always have games going worth watching. Sure they would throw your favorite on if you ask. Will definitely return.Maybe you should ask if they have a secret menu.Parking: This is in a busy shopping center. Lots of parking, but can get busy at the right times.Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible“

17th Street Deli Sandwich Shop • $
369 E 17th St #18, Costa Mesa

“A local eatery in which anyone who's a regular can tell you is top notch this deli boasts freshness & quality by using high-grade meats and cheeses such as Boar's Head paired with exquisite baguettes from C'est Si Bon and to-die rye that creates a kind of alchemy that may have only existed in your sandwich dreams. You'd have to come back for either two visits or save your stomach for a big lunch to try some of their classics : the pastrami & the turkey club. Ask for the pastrami grilled with the cheese melted well (you can't go wrong with some extra pastrami as well ) or a turkey club on a baguette with everything and throw some sprouts in there as well! This place is a gem of a find :)“

“I've been coming to this Mendocino Farms for years and there are many reasons why I come back. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the food is delicious and makes me feel good, and the service. The employees here are SO nice. My favorite thing to get is the avocado quinoa salad with chicken. I was here with my mom having a rough day while we waited for news about our dog at the vet, and all 3 employees I interacted with made my day. You never know what someone is going through, and I really appreciated them being so thoughtful and KIND. Normally, I'm in high spirits when I come in, and I want to say thank you for being so kind to us when we were feeling down.“

“Apparently everyone who grew up in Irvine knew about this place... recommended by two of my OC native coworkers, I was skeptical at first because of its appearance... made the mistake of judging a book by its covers... Ordered the lil pickle sub. It was goooooooddd. Just the right amount of veggies, salami was not salty at all, and the bread was just soft enough. Been back here a couple of times already since, absolutely love it. Don't usually like sandwiches, but I guess this place changed my perception. Highly recommend!“

“Food: I have never been here before and I came on a T-Mobile free sub with purchase offer. I'm glad I got to experience these amazing sandwiches. Before the my to go sub chain was Jersey makes but that has now changed. The Hook & Ladder was sooo tasty and I highly recommend. The ham had a flavor I never tasted before.Service: Natural the people here were helpful and friendly. Can't expect anything less coming from a chain that supports our local hero's, fireman... if you didn't already guess that.Ambiance: The inside is decorated with Fireman history and tools all around l. The style I would imagine resembles that of a fire truck/station hybrid. I was at first confused as to why the tables surface was decorated in a cow pattern..... until it hit me it was a Dalmatian pattern Awesome attention to detail!“
