I visited Vietnam's Pearl with a friend while we were waiting for an event next door. We tried the pho and Grilled Pork Chop. I would say the price isn't too bad and it does the job but there is no wow-factor; wasn't really a fan of their nuoc nam either. Other reviews that mentioned lackluster service were also pretty on point. There is enough parking and the restroom is outside.

The service here is so terrible its almost comedic. I guess just don't expect the lady up front to be nice to you. Anything basic you ask for (a fork, water, extra napkins) is guaranteed to be met with opposition from her. Also don't expect her to bring you your check, you're on your own with that. Pretty chill spot for a quick bite. I had the shrimp spring rolls and the tofu vegetables pho. The pho was excellent, with fresh ingredients and delicious beef broth. The noodles were not excessive and the tofu was cooked beautifully. The spring rolls did look stale though, the lettuce brown-topped, and the rice paper hardened in spots. They looked like they might've been prepared hours ago and left to sit in the fridge before being served.
