Sandra gave the best customer service from any El Pollo Loco I have been to. Food came out perfectly and quickly! The restaurant and restroom is clean! There is 1 unisex restroom outside and you do need to ask for a token to enter. I ordered the 2 piece leg and thigh chicken meal and that comes with 2 sides for $9.99 the broccoli was perfect level of crunchy, mashed potatoes and gravy came out piping hot and very delicious. very satisfied with my meal. went to eat my lunch and i was stunned by their awesome and lively service! everyone was doing a great job. if i could give them 10 stars i would! speacial mention to scarlett, she was doing above and beyond! thank you and i will see you guys again!
