Best papa johns ever. "Quorra" the new manager she has made changes to the quality. making papa Johns pizza standard a major improvement important to every customer that has received the best pizza.. I don't have any complaints about this local pizzeria in San Dima. I believe people who have had the experience will express the same things I've experienced

GREAT customer service. On New Years Eve I called in at 2 p.m. to pre order food for 7 p.m. that night knowing it would be busy. I called and spoke to a woman and placed my order for delivery and added an 18% tip. 7, 7:30 still no pizza. I call in and no answer for a long time, so I just go in. There are all kinds of irate people waiting for their pizza. I love the pizza and food but horrible service... Today for the second time received a very late order.. I should have cancelled it ... I placed an ordered at 7:20pm and didn't receive it till 8:54pm .. they compensate me by giving me more food I didn't need instead of receiving a discount on my original order. Won't be ordering again from this location.
