Cold pulled pork taco. Completely unseasoned brisket, dummies also cut it with the grain, and didn't offer BBQ sauce. Sysco potato salad and mac. And why do I need rice with my BBQ? Oh, so the portion of meat looks bigger when placed on top of the rice. Prices are also about 20% more than advertised online. Wow.Vegetarian options: No good.

I travel a lot and I like bbq, so naturally when I see a bbq spot I give it a try. That's how I stumbled across Art's spot. The bbq at Art's was superb. I got a variety plate with brisket, pulled pork, chicken, potato salad, and Cole slaw. My wife got the chicken Mac n cheese. I talked fishing and bbq with the gentleman at the counter, he mentioned copper top off the 395 on the way to mammoth and the Owen's river. I think his bbq tops copper top. I look forward to another meal at arts next time I am in town.

Decent bbq with friendly service. We got our food to go and noticed none of the sides were homemade. Even the bbq sauce was bottled. They didn't have pork ribs so we tried brisket, chicken, and pulled pork. The chicken was the best meat, juicy and tasty. Brisket and pulled pork were dry/old and needed to be soaked in sauce. However, all the meats were well seasoned. The platter also included the meats on top of steamed white rice, which was mushy. One platter is generous enough and can easily feed a small family. Not the best bbq I've ever had, but okay given the dining options in the area.
