Wife went in and placed an order. They stopped working on hers halfway through and made a different customer's pizza that came in after her. Not sure why he was given preferential treatment, but not cool.
The store appears dirty sometimes. I ordered online at 1pm for 4pm pickup. When I arrived, they were just finishing the order. This isn't the first time. Because Tuesday are the inexpensive day of the week, they are busier than normal. Previously when I have ordered similarly, I have arrived and had to wait 15 minutes for my order to be completed.
