I ordered Delivery, went through the automated process, when my food was delivered it was wrong. I called to get it corrected, then was told that they just make whats was ordered. So to get it fixed I can just order again and pay for more food. This doesn’t fix the problem of not making the food right the first time.
MANAGER MUST READ!!!For a little background, I have worked in the food industry for over ten years and I was picking up an order for my birthday.Not only did I have to call and change my pick up time but the service worker who answered was more than helpful. They even told me what numbers to push to bypass the automotive answering system to get directly transferred to my store quicker.
