Pho is pretty good here. I always eat it with the meat on the side, so I can put in each piece and not let it get overcooked.I also ask for extra jalapenos and onions because I like eat bite to have basil-meat-jalapeno-onion-noodlesThe broth wasn't too salty or overly rich

I have gone to Pho Hoa chain off and on for nearly 20 years. Having a hiatus for the last three years or so due to covid I was looking forward to going back.The good news was my food was pretty good. The broth is so rich and flavorful! The meat is also very tender. However, they seem to only do takeout because of understaffing. Wish they specified this online. Minor inconvenience, but soup take out can get messy.
