What can I say? I am probably bias. I love to support my neighborhood places. This place is always great for big group and menu selection is good. Great for brunch, lunch and dinner. And occasional happy hour drinks.
TLDR; they really made it happen for a vegetarian! I went to boulevard for a private event where the rest of the guests had the option of a beef or tuna entree. I told them I was a vegetarian and the chef was going to make me a special dish. I figured it would just be a simple & boring risotto dish which is what a restaurant of this type typically does for me. At 5:30 pm on Friday we were able to get a table right away. The main room was a lot noisier than the lounge area, however, the better seating was in the main room with the wide windows. Our waiter was attentive and made great suggestions. I recommend the lamb and macaroni with jalapeños and bacon. The macaroni dish was enough for 2 people. The Watermelon and Pineapple alcoholic drinks (I forgot the names) were refreshing.
