No dine-in, Take-out only. Cash only. Cafeteria type service. There was a line but it moved quickly. Staff are very nice. The BBQ skewers are delicious; comes with steamed white rice. They also offer a few other items such as Lumpia and some desserts. Napkins and plastic forks are provided in eco take-out containers. We went to the convenience store next door for drinks and snacks.
My high school friend brought me to this hole in the wall place and it did not disappoint.The BBQ is the BOMB!!!She and I would buy a lot of these and store them in the freezer.Must try!

Every year for Christmas order. I would recommend FilAm get more organized and have a system and process for people to pickup. Use a numbering system like at the butchers. And have more than 1 person to help people. Utilize your staff better pls, it's just chaos for no reason.- clear line for pickup- grab a number- have 3-4 people at the front who can assist. 1 person is not enough.- designate clear roles to each person.
