I'm between 4 and 5 stars on this one - buuuut I decided to lean towards the 5 star because of the experience. I'm actually not super into cheesecake, but Japanese-style cheesecake suits my fancy more as it's not as "cheesey" and more like spongecake (so it's personal preference).I really like ube too - and they do a good job getting enough ube flavor in there (I like my flavors strong.) Love these Japanese Cheesecakes! I have tried both the Ube and Pandan Coconut and both were delicious. They are very light and squishy. I liked the pandan coconut the best! Also tried the small tart cheesecakes and they were really good as well. This location was also very kind. The woman gave me samples to try other flavors and recommendations. I would return!
