A place that sells two beers for $9? That's a pretty good deal for downtown Davis. The options are limited, but the variety aren't bad. During happy hours, a side of fries only cost $1.50 as well. It's definitely not the best food, but it'll satisfy your need for beer after a long day without wrecking your wallet. Because it is so friendly for your wallet, I'd give this place a solid 4 stars. This review is strictly on the space and the beer deal. This place has spacious indoor and outdoor areas and it's just a couple blocks from the east side of Davis' campus. It's a super convenient spot after work/school and they have a great happy hour deal! All day, everyday- 2 draft beers for $9. They give you a ticket to redeem your beer and it has to be used on the same day. Food here is good, not great. Prices are good. The location and ambiance make it the perfect place to meet others off campus. I have fond memories here. Many professors and TA's hold office hours here. Service is good.
