I have been eating out here since 2017 from San Jose when I visit my kids at UCD. My go-to items are chicken and snow peas, beef chow fun, and pan fried noodles. I prefer this food over what is available in the South Bay (San Jose) area.
I ordered take out on a Tuesday afternoon, first visit here since I retired from UC Davis 8 years ago. Unfortunately, the general chicken - my favorite dish - was AWFUL. Chicken was batter fried rather than breaded like in most kitchens. It was definitely crispy if that was what you wanted, but the chicken itself was so overcooked that it was as dry and chewy as JERKY.
