Walked in for the first time and Maná was playing on the stereo! That was a good omen. The street tacos and ceviche tostadas did not disappoint! The food was to the table almost before we were. Small price and large portions plus a laid back atmosphere. There were also fresh churros just down the block for desert. Will be back for more!
Food was just okay. I've eaten at El B countless times over the years but lately the food quality control has gone down. We ordered two super burritos to go and both were wrapped like slop and leaking juices out. One was wrapped in foil twice since it was such a wet disaster inside. Once I was able to pull the burrito out of the wrap and dig in, I noticed the al pastor was merely ground pork with red chili flakes cooked in. We came all the way from San Francisco to have the most authentic and savory Mexican food.Quesabirrias and tongue, pork in green sauce verde and pastor tacos. They have a salsa bar and lots of good options to try. Everything tasted like home <3
