Love this place. Yes, it does take about 18 minutes for an order of wings, but now I just call ahead so they're ready once I get there. The customer service has always been great. Every worker is polite. The spicy Parmesan garlic wings are to die for! Would definitely recommend!
About 25min wait for a 10piece, all drums. Wings take a while to cook, so seems perfectly reasonable to me. Fresh, hot, and huge wings. I was planning to stop somewhere else a little later and basically have the wings as a small lunch / snack. But I'm actually super full just from the 10 piece. Definitely some of the bigger wings I've had. My total was around $15 - believe there was a couple dollar up charge for the all drums request so maybe a little cheaper if you don't mind...read full review

First and foremost...it was cold as my ex's heart in that place. Asked the manager(?) if she could turn the AC off as it was, according to the thermostat, 57° inside (see attached photo) She said she was not allowed to touch the thermostat, and it was the main manager that only could do it.So, for the good...great all around.
