The Staff here are very friendly, the manager welcomes you as you come in and thanks you as you leave. The food is fresh off the grill and very tasty. I had a two piece combo and the chicken was super juicy. The Restaurant is super clean including the restrooms. Keep up the great work guys will see y'all soon!
Second time I come and they say they ran out of chicken. How can they run out of chicken twice? Also, this place is a hit and miss. Either the chicken is too dry/burned or not cooked all the way. I only gave it two stars because the staff is nice for fhe most part.

I Absolutely LOVE this location, the staff is always pleasant AND smiling, the place is always clean, the food is ALWAYS Fresh ... Simply the BEST el pollo loco I’ve ever visited (& I visit a lot). The most caring and sincere staff they are always the sweetest of people-I eat here daily). The food is quality and the prices are fair. The restaurant is always super clean.
