To start the speaker at the drive thru has static and is not very loud. I got to the window window and was given a total which was far higher than anticipated. I ordered a #6 but they kept insisting I ordered a #3. The initial young lady started giving me attitude and then she grabbed her manager who was even worse. She too insisted I ordered wrong. So much effort to prove me wrong, instead of making things right. They then started speaking Spanish amongst themselves. They quickly stopped once I asked them to stop being rude and realized I understood and spoke Spanish. From then on my only interaction was with the manager who didn't have a name badge, refused to give me her name and did not give me a receipt.The staff at this restaurant is very confrontational and rude. Their tone of voice and body language made me afraid that they may tamper with my food. Especially when everyone disappeared to the kitchen

Came and to pick up an order and was given almost exclusively, non-verbal communication by the cashier. She sent a bag of food and a drink down on the counter, looked at me and then waved her hand. I assumed this meant that my order was complete, but as I walked away with it, she yelled, “no, no no no, no” and called me back and told me there was more. I told her I was not able to really understand what was going on since she was not using her words, and she said that she was using her hands to address the gentleman behind her. How am I as a customer to know if my food is done by you: waving your hands, considering the crowd in the lobby myself, and all other factors that go into me delivering a $4 food order.The employees in the back, who spoke Spanish, thought that I, a black man, did not understand Spanish, and did not understand the orders, and insults they were providing to the MANAGER behind her about me. What manager allows her staff to root her on in a different language, not telling them to be quiet so she can handled the guest. Ironically, I am making food delivery so that I can pay for medicine and treatment inflicted by a stomach illness given to me by a Jack in the Box chicken sandwich.Then some construction workers who were operating on a ice cream machine came out the back to intimate me and stand by? Of course I’m going to get upset if you have 7 employees come out to face me and act like I am being ridiculous for wanting normal, human communication.

Worst place to buy food it took them 20 minutes to take an order as I was waiting at cash registr 4 people left because of so long time. I asked for a oreo shake no whip cream she gave it to me I told her I asked no whip cream in front of me she thru the whip cream in trash and put a top on it and gave it to me like that. I threw it to the trash . I will never come to this jack in the box ever.
