I asked for the special and she said that the special popusas are small than the regular , and my wife wants to drink regular water and they don't let me go to the store to buy a regular water they don't want let in drinks or food from outsie just for one person we was a group of 7 but one person didn't want popusa she wanted jack in the box and tha lady said we can't take food from outside.
Customer service is not their strong suit. Cashier did not want to give me my change. Customer decides when and how much to tip. Food was o.k. Their are many pupusa choices in the area. Customer service is key to receive repeat business.

They told me I can order by phone , I asked if I can get the total I needed and call back the lady said yes . When I call back she told me no I couldn’t order anymore . Not the first time they do that to me
