Employees were too busy chatting instead of acknowledging me or greeting me when I entered. I ordered ahead on the mobile app and came in at the time when my order should have been ready. After waiting 5 minutes I finally get an eta for an additional 3 minutes. There was a lack of empathy, no care nor concern. It's unfortunate because this is not the service I come to expect from here. I'm disappointed and unsatisfied. Pizza tastes good, that's about it.
6/7/2023 visit from Mobile orderI had a larger order and I just want to say that Naomi the cashier was the most pleasant cashier I have ever dealt with at LCP. I'm not saying that all locations have rude people. Just that Naomi was outstanding. Keep on to her! My staff loved the food as well. Great job over to the LCP Downey team!!!
