“This place is excellent for getting nutritious and satisfying meals. Whenever I visit, I consistently choose the south of the border wrap, and it never disappoints. The portions are generous, and the taste is both delicious and fulfilling. I suggest trying their mango habanero dressing on the side – it adds a perfect spicy kick to the wrap. “This was an outstanding meal. The bread was delicious. Every component of the chicken cheesesteak was delicious. The service was great. Whoever was working at the counter was very friendly and courteous. My only complaint is that the subs are only 9 inches. They should make a 12 inch or 15 inch option, but still I'll give five stars.“
“This is my 2nd time catering from the Downey Jimmy John's location so I thought it was time to add a review. I've been very pleased with both times I've ordered from here. The first time I was impressed at how fresh the bread was and how nicely all the sandwiches were done and neatly packed. The second time was the same. Everything came out great. I would highly recommend this location when you need to cater sandwiches. I will definitely be coming back.“

Perfect bread and perfect service Cool vibe/ ambiance Definitely a staple in Downey in terms of a sand-which. The 17 I ordered was followed by what size and what bread !!! I said regular and rosemary parm... extra onions and I was told " no problem" we will get that for you..., In a matter of minutes, I receive the most greatest sandwich I have ever received in my squander of life. Upon my return to my home, I open this great gift that I was given by Jersey Mike's lady dedicated to me. The wrapping had a number 17 which indicated a Philly's beef sandwich upon the unwrapping of the sandwich I discovered what love was, I remember opening my heart and my stomach and of course, my mouth to ingest this gracious gift . It was perfectly made the bread was ever so soft to the touch with the right amount of Parmesan cheese on top, sprinkled on a little bit of rosemary . My first bite, I fell in love with the idea that one person could make me happy which was Jersey, Mike's, and only this location in Downey no other and I mean it no other can make a sandwich like I experienced here at Jersey Mike's.“
“I would order online here often. I like them. However; earlier in the year I ordered for the wrong day and they could not see the order. I called and called and called the next day it was supposed to be for to get a refund but they still couldn't see my order. I'm not sure why. They should be able to see all the orders placed for the day as soon as they open. I lost out of $9+“
“I always come to this location and usually order online. My food is always ready by the time I arrive. Bummed out about my order today because I paid extra for avocado and there wasn't any. Only thing wrong about the sandwich so overall it was still good. Would still come back. There's always parking on the side and it looks really clean.“
“Food was delicious and made to order. I really enjoyed my lunch. Service was fast and cooked right in front of me. However I did not enjoy the lemonade it was entirely way too sweet for my taste. A little pricey.Customer service was good. Clean and organized. Employees were friendly and answered all of my questions politely. The restaurant is located in the mall food court. After looking through all of the restaurants I'm glad I choose Charleys Philly cheese steaks and will be back.“
“I've come in 3 times so far. All 3 visits have been great. I learned you can ask for a CA turkey cold sub and it will be served with bacon and avocado. Glad Jersey Mike's moved into the neighborhood. Don't have to drive to Telegraph or Promenade Downey“
“I've gotten a bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich and coffee from here a couple times now, and it always hits the spot. This time around I got an Ube latte that I will dream about tonight. It seems like a Vietnamese coffee base with a dalgona-style ube whip that sweetens the coffee. Service is always nice and simple. Sometimes there's a wait for your order if it's crowded, but it's definitely worth the wait.“
