Just want to say the gentleman that help me this morning had amazing customer service skills. He made sure I was offered a drink while I waited for my food which was longer then usual. I appreciate that he acknowledged me and made sure i was taken care of . I always come here because food is always made right and it's fresh.
Seriously Taco Bell pay people more so that they want to work here. Came in just under 2pm and there's only two women working the drive thru and the back. Normally I get drive thru but I needed to come inside because I left my debit card here last night. Today they're were slammed the drive thru didn't stop so the attendant couldn't even acknowledge the customers in the lobby. Four cars in the drive thru and at least four parties in the lobby.
