Their super fries are really good I did the half chicken and beef both tasted great added the avocado and the hot Cheetos enough for two worth the price

Someone finally looked at everything I could have possibly asked for and turned it into a high octane fusion eatery with a tight knit staff and great feel. Their only sin is how long it will take them to open a second and third location away from Downey if people don't make their pilgrimage there now.

Got teriyaki bowls and they were good. Looks clean with lots of options to eat. My girls liked it too so that's a plus.

Teriyaki J's is the perfect lunch spot! We came right when it opened and there were already plenty of customers before us. This is a good sign. :) I got the small teriyaki chicken bowl and asked for peppers on the side - you can get yellow spicy peppers or grilled + seasoned large green peppers. Both are delicious. The bowl was very filling and the teriyaki sauce was delicious! I would definitely come back for the sauce. The service was quick and friendly. Staff came by to check on our group a few times which I appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Excellent chicken bowl. Stopped here totally at random with the wife pulling off the freeway to look for a cold drink. So glad I ate here instead of somewhere else on the way home.

I have got a beef teriyaki plate and a seafood plate the beef teriyaki was delicious, not too sweet and not too salty, just right. The shrimp and fish on seafood plate were crispy and crunchy in the outside and juicy in the inside. I really recommend this restaurant

Ordered the super fries with hot Cheetos! But when i opened them and started digging in, the hot Cheetos were stale. Like when you leave a bag of chips open overnight... for two nights.... Other than that the steak/sauce and fries were very good

Great food, I had the teriyaki bowl and it was delicious. This is the best, more flavorful chicken teriyaki I've had. The white rice was cooked to perfection with the green onions and sprinkle of sesame seeds just added more incredible ingredients to the meal. I will definitely be back and tell my family and friends!!
First timer here. Ordered chicken bowl and spicy Korean wings. Everything was delicious! Loved the wings nice and crispy! I will definitely be coming back here to try more items. The sauces were great. If i had to change anything maybe a little less salt in the sauce. Other than that, See you soon!

First time here and I thought it was an OK experience. Ordered a Teriyaki plate which I thought was an expensive price point after all the add-ons ($1.50 for brown rice?). $10 meal came out to be $18. There's plenty of restaurants in Downey with better competitive prices

I tried their super steak fries with hot Cheetos. It looks amazing in the pictures & smelled delicious! Presentation was on point and so was the flavoring of the steak alone. But everything else in it was a no go. Fries were too thick and not cooked enough through, whatever cheese sauce they used tasted cheap and there isn't enough hot Cheetos in the plate. I wouldn't get it again.
