Wanting to try a different pho location in the area, we decided to try this place because they had Kobe beef. With a small menu, they have beef pho consisting of the classics rare steak slices and Kobe beef slices. We also ordered a chicken pho and a bowl of bun noodles with chicken. First time we ate at this pho place. Thought the beef portion is pretty good compared to others. Also ordered the spring rolls and good sized as well. It is a bit more expensive than other places but food quality is better instead of just noodles swimming in big bowl of broth.
I really wanted to love this place. But, alas, I will be driving a little further for my Pho. It hits the spot, so don't get me wrong, but I would say the Pho is ok -- not fantastic, not bad, just average. On a cold, rainy day I would eat here in a heartbeat. But, if I had the opportunity and time to go a little further, I would be at another Pho place. That said, the owners are the sweetest. I want to see this place thrive!
