I haven't been to McDonald's in a while and this is why....when I was trying to look at the menu it's clearly broken you can't see anything so your trying to remember the combos while you have an impatient order taker who kept saying "anything else" "anything else" didn't even let me finish I felt pressured because he was hurrying me up to place my order with a broken menu screen! This McDonald's is super busy. So busy that when my order was brought to my table it was cold. Even the coffee was cold and it wasn't iced coffee. The manager was kind enough to replace my order. Will I come back. . . No. Customers are mean to the employees and think is all about them. Shout out to the Karen's of East Los.

The service here may vary on which employees are working, as an LGBTQ+ person some of the employees are rude and very close minded, but i guess this establishment can’t do anything about that(i reached out to corporate and did not get a response) i love the food though so sadly i have to be okay with the discrimination.Now the atmosphere is not so good a lot of homeless and drug users come in and make the place feel unsafe so if you have kids keep them close !
