Went to try the new fish and fries,the food quality was pretty bad.Watched as they pulled out the fries then let them sit untill the fish was ready, then watched and waited,food was not hot.The location was clean and the serving employee was polite.Arbys needs to stick with the BBQ .The food was over priced for the serving size, for $2 more could haveGotten a real meal in a sit down restaurant.
Normally pretty good. This time however the gal tried to serve me some fries that had been sitting under the warming lights from before I walked into the store. I commented about them being "not so fresh" and the gal said that they were, to which I replied that they'd been sitting there for a while, when there were fries that had just come out of the fryer. Even then she didn't properly fill the container, as she was frustrated that I'd pointed out that the others had been sitting...read full review

Arby's Eastlake ran out of gyros, but Arby's El Cajon still had some. Nice manager said she got a delivery the day before, but the supply was running out from the warehouse. They had the meats!
