There is more often than not, a shortage in something on the menu, or the fryers are down and half the menu is wiped off the board. It's frustrating being a local and not getting anything. I've shown up about 6 times in the past month, if that gives any clarification.
We were second in line. There was just one employee in the front. She was expediting the order for the drive- thru and the indoor dining. She had to ask the gentleman if front of us to wait. Then after helping him, she asked us to wait while she assisted the drive thru all while we heard a gentleman talk on phone the whole time we were there.. I had a difficult order, cause I don't like ketchup or mayo on my delicious Jumbo Jack, mustard. And the other with just
