Had the black ramen and the wife got the tan tan ramen, both were really good, place was clean and tables were apart from each other... Only taking one star down because they sell Boba tea and charge extra for the pearls... Which is the definition of Boba or bubble! Kind of selling noodle soup and charging extra for the noodles.
Today me and the family had a wonderful dinner. The Pho and appetizers were absolutely on point today and the service was excellent! Since covid, I've been waiting for this opportunity to get back and sit and enjoy a meal like this. Thank you can't wait to get back

Outstanding!! We needed to fuel ourselves while passing through El Centro, and Rakuen turned out to be a Unicorn of an internet search for food. Delicious Ramen. Even though the service was a little slow I was so impressed I am still giving Rakuen a 5/5.
