One of the best employees at this location has to be Yaya. I go almost every week around the same time and the she always greets me with the kindest attitude and the staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh. I definitely recommend this location:)
They never have plantspired steak for some reason, their bowls are extremely skimpy, and they're worker Yaidelyn had the worst attitude and constantly gets orders wrong. I get customer service is not the easiest but if you don't like what you do then maybe try a different field.

I just came to this WaBa 2 days ago and honestly the attitude towards some of the workers are amazing I felt very welcomed and the food was great :) definitely would recommend but honestly there's this one girl that took my order that night had a very bad attitude while taking my order I know everyone has bad days sometimes but it's best to to still greet customers with a smile I believe her name was Ana .
