They just lost a loyal and regular customer because of the service, the blond girl ( I tried to get her name but nobody give me her name). i don’t know who hired her but she’s horrible at customer service. Constantly gets orders wrong. We've ordered through the app and half the time they either mess up items on the order or give us someone else's order. Their customer service is even worse.

Not sure what’s going on with the flavor but it’s not living up to the chipotle reputation. Burrito was really dry, rice and beans really bland. Pico needs work. May not be back.
