It's not that the food is bad or anything. Okay, it's definitely bad for you, but the taste hasn't really changed over the years (at least in my amateur opinion). It's not the sevice, either. The employees are usually quick about their tasks (given what limited manpower their given on most shifts). They frequently get orders wrong. They give orders to the wrong cars, and they are slow. We ordered a quarter pounder, but apparently they were out of the meat and stuck two regular hamburger patties inside the quarter pounder bun. Ridiculous and not right.
