I am not quite sure if it's the ind. owner or the franchise, but this location has severely went downhill. I have been going to this location for several years (somewhere in the 10 yr range) and up until roughly 2 years ago, it was great. I understand that a balance between customer service and profitability may be difficult right now, but its definitely the wromg time to cut corners and allow certain business practices to carry on. This location is close to our work and I am often placing big orders for my team. Natalie is awesome and does a great job at preparing our orders on time and they are always fresh and hot! I have placed orders as early as 10:15 am and she always has them ready. My team loves the hot food and it's always their first choice when I am buying them lunch. Again, Natalie is great(sorry if I misspelled your name), and the rest of the crew is always on point, clean and smiling.

cooked fresh and very tastyFor fast food Chinese there is a wide choice of entries and sides, prices have gone up just like everywhere else.4/21 A lot more people seem to be going out for dinner these days compared to a year ago the place was much busier and I did have to wait about 5 minutes for the food to be restocked so my order could be filled but it was still very very good food, I do have to admit I was there basically during the dinner hour.
