We love Pho Lotus! The Beef Pho is always flavorful, hot, and comes with plenty of garnishes. We like to go on Wednesday evenings, when kids eat free! My 9 year old twins each get a bowl of Chicken Pho, which is made with quality chicken breast and plenty of noodles. Nice place. We ordered the spring rolls and they were not good. Too much iceberg lettuce in them and no mint or basil for flavor. The peanut dipping sauce was good. The combo chow fun noodles we ordered didn't have enough flavor and only came with 3 shrimp. We also had the combo rice noodle plate and that was delicious.
