Out of all the Pieology locations I've been to, this one is the best by far. I find myself coming back often and a big part of that is due to the stellar service. The mobile orders are always on time, I never find it understaffed or overbearingly busy. The staff is never in a bad mood and is always doing what they can to give you a pleasant experience. I just discovered Pieology, and I like it so much that I’ve eaten there three times in a week. I don’t tolerate milk products well, so I was happy to find out that they offer vegan cheese as an alternative. I was able to enjoy pizza for the first time in years, and it was mighty tasty.
I have 2 locations that I patronize. I have food allergies so I order the custom crust and use the ingredients that I can use. At both locations the crust are always well done to burnt and the staff say it’s because it’s a special crust it cooks faster but if they don’t leave in oven the pizza won’t be done or center gooey? You’ve also changed ingredients in the tomatoes sauce were it is now lacking flavor! I have comeback due to not many pizza places provide the crust...read full review
