Great date night or bday spot. Went on Sat night at 630 so it was busy and just did the bar, waited about 20 min. Ayce hotpot is what we ordered, only tried beef and pork meat options, both very good quality and tender. The sauces were amazing, still thinking about them. And the Tom Yum broth was so delicious. I had a pleasant evening at Swish 54, enjoying their Kobe beef offerings. The flavors were delightful, and the presentation was impressive.It's worth a visit for the Kobe beef experience.
So glad Swish54 made it through the pandemic!This is my favorite place for shabu. I've been to many places in and outside of the Sac area, but nothing satisfies my shabu craving like Swish does. I love that even when it's busy, there's a calmness to the ambiance. The service is always great.The servers are quick and attentive and I never feel like I'm waiting on something.
