This marks my second visit to this establishment after a considerable interval. While the shop is easily noticeable from the street, the actual entrance is situated in an unconventional corner. Cute little shop, first discovered on Too good To go and they are delicious. People all have their favorite things, this place has my favorite donuts. I really love the texture of everything, the apple fritters are OUTRAGEOUS.
It's just what it's called, The Donut Shop. It isn't fancy and it isn't dazzling but they make great donuts. It's strictly a take out establishment, there are no tables. If you want donuts between 4:30am and 1:30 pm, this is the place to go. They are open 4am to 3 on weekends. The donuts are good and I'm addicted to their glazed chocolate twists. They serve crounuts and mochi nuts for the hip generation. The staff is nice antucked at the corner of a tiny strip mall, all the better!
