We are BIG fans and regular patrons of Prager Bros Encinitas. Love their croissants, pumpkin seed bread, and loaves of bread. It's some of the best sourdough around! Pretty much the best almond croissant I’ve ever had in my life…. At first bite all the little flakes explode into millions of pieces that is then followed up by a sweet vanilla almond sensation. That just makes your day. ??

I love a delicious seeded baguette! As I write this I am eating the last of my bread from 2 days ago, lightly toasted and it holds up. The whole wheat flatbread is surprisingly light, I imagined all of these dips and toppings and somehow wound up eating it plain. Right? Some pictures of the insides are included, beautiful bread!
