I don’t even wanna think about the money the store must’ve lost over the holiday! You would think that would be of concern. But what else is new? It’s rarely open anyway. It is also nine times out of 10 ridiculously understaffed, and the wait time after ordering is ridiculous. I have coupons I can never redeem, because the store is rarely open. I get Charley's nearly every week on Wednesdays, since I always visit the mall on Wednesdays. I made it a "tradition" of sorts. After a while, however, I would go to order my food (anytime between 12-2), and for maybe a whole month, whenever I went to the food court, there was no one working around. I came by, wanting to try the place, and it was closed. One of the other establishments in the food court told me Tha they have not been open in months. Not sure what the deal is... Was really craving a cheesesteak.
