The place is great!. Awesome food , however, the prices are elevated. If you don't mind spending ( main dish and drink) $30 dollars per person. $8.99 taco? Unheard of. I understand these items are imported straing from Oaxaca, but come on!.
It's definitely great to see and feel a little bit of Oaxaca here in Escondido. The restaurant reminds me a lot of visiting my parents' homeland and the rancho of all things. Overall, the colors and the food options look fantastic on their menu. I've had a few things over the years from their options, tho was disappointed with my last visit. The food is top notch! If you wanna taste some real authentic food from Oaxaca Mexico this is the spot to go to! It was a group of seven of us and to be honest the waitress was slightly rude and didn't take the order correctly.
