They have the best burrito in central Escondido and probably all north county I don’t know I haven’t tried everywhere but I have had a lot of different burritos from different places and jilbertos w valley. Takes the cake . Very good as always I usually get the breakfast burrito with all the meats or the conga and the supreme rolled tacos are bomb and of course the California burrito ? thank you who ever owns this place and cooks the food you guys are awesome

The Jilbertos have been long time friends of the Hispanic community of Esco We all know the owners and their children who have taken on the torch and have spread to other counties in So Cal, to served their deliciously made foods. I leave this review after longing for their delicious tasty food after living in Texas for 3 years and eating TexMex ??, saddest years of my life. Now that I’m back Jilbertos is one of the places I had to try again, each bite I take is heaven!
