Delicious Carribean cuisine in downtown Eureka. Great indoor atmosphere, service and amazing food. I had fish stew and fried plantains. Many options for entree sides, spice levels, appetizers, desserts and more affordable meals!Vegetarian options: There are a decent amount of vegetarian and vegan options for a place that also serves a lot of meat and seafood. Cute little Caribbean place, and boy oh boy, what an incredible meal! I asked the waiter if I should get the jerk chicken or the browned chicken, and before I even finished my sentence he said to go with the jerk chicken hands down. As my first time trying jerk seasoning, he wasn’t wrong at all. The jerk chicken was absolutely out of this world! The flavor was right on and so beautiful. We decided to try A Taste of Bim for something a little different. It's got a mostly Caribbean menu based on the heritage of the owner. It's also nice to see local businesses do well. We had dinner at about 7 on a Friday. They weren't busy (there was a festival taking place a few blocks away with lots of food trucks). We found that a few things were a little strange.
